Experience using customer research, product analytics, and experimentation to guide decisions and evaluate outcomes. Ability to work effectively with Engineering and Data partners on decision logic, instrumentation, dependencies, failure cases, and system trade-offs. Strong stakeholder management with demonstrated accountability for results. Preferred QualificationsExperience in consumer technology, ecommerce, travel, marketplaces, fintech, or another large digital product environment. Background in cross sell, recommendations, personalisation, lifecycle engagement, or consumer growth.
