You will help leaders anticipate needs, spot risks and opportunities, and build the teams, leadership capability, and practices required to scale.

In this role, you will help leaders anticipate organizational needs and identify risks and opportunities, while enabling them with the leadership capability and people practices needed to scale their teams successfully.

Because EMEA is a diverse and complex region, this person must be able to understand the different business and market dynamics across countries while maintaining a cohesive view of the region and its long-term organizational needs.
