Job Purpose

To assist Non Retail Business & Enablers Litigation Head handling cases and manage legal risks, provide legal services (Legal Opinions, Legal Reviews,

Legal Drafting and Legal Asisstance);

To make first draft of internal memo for management approval related to cases in Non Retail Business & Enablers Litigation Group (Business Banking

cases);

To make first draft of external letter for law institution (Business Banking cases);

To make first draft Legal Opinion related to cases in Non Retail Business & Enablers Litigation Group (Business Banking cases);

To filling document related all cases in Non Retail Business & Enablers Litigation Group;

To study & search regulation, related to a case handling in Non Retail Business & Enablers Litigation Group;

To make sure if the court document is in accordance to the CIMB Niaga’s standard;

To give legal advocacy for Business Unit as witness in Police Department and Court (Low Risk Cases) for Non Retail Business & Enablers Litigation cases;

To make and compile reports from Non Retail Business & Enablers Litigation to be submitted to the relevant unit.

· To study & search regulation, related to a case handling in Non Retail Business & Enablers Litigation

· To properly and accurately deliver legal service

· To build good relationship with bussiness unit or clients and relevant government agencies

· To build good relationship with Lawyers

· Providing sufficient legal service

· Having team with reliable skills and knowledge

· Good relationship with government agencies

· Having a professional partnership with appropriate service standards
