What you’ll do

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in scaling the teams in Atoms across the Middle East and beyond.

You will

•

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Field Engineering and Field Operations roles supporting autonomous haulage deployments, including on-site rotational positions at mining operations in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East

Partner directly with leadership and site managers to define hiring needs, calibrate on technical talent, and align recruiting strategy to deployment timelines and customer commitments.

Build deep pipelines across three distinct talent pools: mining operations leaders (Site Superintendents, Fleet Managers, Maintenance Managers with autonomy or technology rollout experience); field service and mechatronics technicians (vehicle electrics, CAN bus, sensors, ECUs, heavy equipment); and robotics/software engineers (Linux, embedded systems, Python/C++, localisation, controls, sensor fusion).
