• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging AI tools to surface, engage, and attract top GTM talent at scale

• Articulate Perplexity's mission, product, and trajectory in a way that wins candidates against competing offers from later-stage companies

• Negotiate and close with precision in a market where every strong candidate has competing offers on the table

• Analyze recruiting metrics and refine processes, using AI to turn data into faster, smarter hiring decisions

• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging AI recruiting tools, and best practices in GTM recruiting

• Track record of being the go-to recruiter for a sales leader — someone who trusted you with their most important hires

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, or candidate engagement

• Fluency with varied ATSs (Ashby preferred)

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

• Proactive, flexible, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
