What you’ll do

• Responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects and ensuring design accuracy through the application and adaptation of standards.

• Oversees consultant relationships and ensures efficient deployment of resources to support successful project execution.

• Test-Fitting Modeling + Drawing

• Owns design work, coordination, and problem-solving for 10-15 concurrent projects

• Manages the work of 2-4 associates;

• Finds process hacks and efficiencies to effectively scale small team

• Applies and adapts national standard appropriately and efficiently to region

• Owns regional standards for product and process (incl. prototype, design sequencing, filing strategies, etc.)
