Tentang posisi ini

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst, Governance Programs for our SnowTrust GRC team. In this highly visible role, you will define and scale governance programs, strengthen our existing compliance architecture, and partner with leaders across IT, Legal, Product, Security, and Engineering to raise our security posture and build customer trust worldwide.

AS A SENIOR COMPLIANCE ANALYST, GOVERNANCE PROGRAMS AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

• Build a deep understanding of regulated-industry compliance requirements and how they apply to Snowflake.

• Establish and run programs that manage Snowflake's compliance posture against those requirements, including readiness, how we communicate that posture externally, and leading customer and regulator audits.

• Become an expert on Snowflake's control environment, security features, and best practices for customer deployments.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on Snowflake's security and compliance obligations and documentation, responding to customer and regulator inquiries.

• Build self-service resources so customers and field teams can increasingly answer compliance questions on their own.
