With Menlo Agent Runtime Security (MARS), that protection now extends to the AI agents working alongside every employee. Menlo Security is trusted by major global businesses, including Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, to protect their most valuable asset, their data, and is backed by top-tier investors.

Menlo Security's Talent Acquisition team builds great experiences for candidates and hiring teams alike. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll be the trusted talent partner for department leaders across Engineering, Product, and Design, finding and closing the right people while protecting Menlo's distinctive, inclusive culture. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders as a subject matter expert on technical hiring, and you'll be part of a collaborative team that values ownership and high-quality work. The team uses AI-assisted sourcing and screening tools to move faster and reach a wider, more diverse pool of candidates, so you can spend more time on the parts of recruiting that need human judgment: relationship-building, negotiation, and candidate advocacy.
