Solutions Strategy & Operations Manager

Tentang posisi ini

SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars.

SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.

We’re hiring a Solutions Strategy & Operations Manager to help build the operating system for our Customer Success and Solutions teams. This role is critical to building our business with rigor and pace, helping us scale customer value fast.

You’ll begin as a generalist supporting our Solutions Architect, Field Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering functions, with the path to own a specific business unit end-to-end as we grow and scale. These teams are technical and experienced, and we’re looking for a strong strategy & ops partner who can collaborate and help us scale their impact.

Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.

About the role

There are early foundations in place, but much of the long-term system still needs to be built — from maturing key metrics that matter, the cadences that drive decisions, the playbooks that scale. This is a rare chance to build that system from the ground up and shape how a fast-growing, high-stakes function runs for years to come.
