HOW YOU'LL MAKE IMPACT

As Sales Development Manager, you’ll own and scale Airwallex’s outbound sales development function in Israel, building a repeatable engine for high-quality pipeline in a key growth market. You’ll set the outbound strategy across ideal customer profiles, target accounts, vertical prioritisation, messaging, sequencing and multichannel prospecting, while coaching SDRs to become exceptional prospectors and commercial talent.

• Own the outbound strategy for Israel and improve pipeline quality through sharper targeting, messaging, sequencing and multichannel prospecting.

• Build and scale the SDR function through hiring, onboarding, performance management and career development.

• Coach SDRs across cold calling, messaging, research, qualification, objection handling and opportunity creation so they consistently improve their performance.
