What you’ll do

• Own real estate deals end to end: Draft, negotiate, and close leases, purchase and sale agreements, and ground leases from LOI through closing, running the large majority of each deal yourself.

• Support our food and facility footprint: Handle the leasing, acquisitions, and build-outs behind the kitchen and food production facilities that power our food businesses.

• Build out Smart Infrastructure: Paper the land acquisitions, ground leases, build-to-suit agreements, and power upgrades behind charging depots for autonomous and electric fleets, often on deals that don’t have a template yet.

• Support mining and autonomy: Handle leases and commercial agreements for Pronto, our autonomous haulage business, working closely with that team.

• Advise on development and land use: Work through construction contracts, easements, entitlements, zoning, and utility interconnection alongside our real estate development and government relations teams.
