Tentang posisi ini
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
Snowflake is in the middle of one of the most significant transformations in its history: becoming an AI-native company. This is not just a technology project — it is a people, culture, and organizational change program, and the Senior People Partner Manager – LATAM will lead it from the front across key markets including Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile.
This role is Snowflake's senior HR leader for the region — a strategic thought partner who can both set direction and get into the weeds to drive real change. Reporting to the Revenue organization People Partner leader, this role will partner with LATAM leaders and the global People team to shape people strategy, drive organizational effectiveness, and deliver a world-class employee experience.
Locations: This role is hybrid based in Mexico City
