Senior Lead, Partnership

About this role

Job ID: MJ000375About TravelokaTraveloka is Southeast Asia's leading travel and lifestyle super-app. We connect tens of millions of travellers across the region with flights, hotels, experiences, financial services, and more — all from a single platform. Since our founding in 2012, we have expanded to eleven markets, processed billions of dollars in transactions, and built one of the most recognised consumer brands in the region. We move fast because the region demands it. Southeast Asia is young, mobile-first, and growing faster than almost anywhere else on earth. We are not transplanting a Western playbook — we are writing a new one, from scratch, for a market that does not look like anywhere else — and we are calling for people who want to be part of that.About the TeamPayments is the platform every Traveloka transaction runs through — and the commercial side is where that platform turns into lasting partnerships with the institutions that make regional payments work. You will shape how millions of travellers across Southeast Asia pay: the cards, wallets, bank rails, and pay-later options that fit each of our markets, no two of which behave the same way. This is product and partnership work where the agreement you negotiate and the experience you ship are the same problem. You will build and steward relationships with banks, networks, and fintech players — understanding their priorities as closely as our own — and translate that collaboration into payment products people actually choose at checkout. You think in unit economics and conversion rates as fluently as in partner roadmaps and mutual value. If you want to build durable, win-win partnerships around a system the whole company depends on, this is where you do it.About the JobAs a Senior Lead on the Payment team, you are the deepest individual-contributor authority on a complex set of payment partnerships spanning markets and partner types.
