Director, Partners & Alliances - China

About this role

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Our partners play a key role in bringing our customers' data-backed ambitions to life by implementing and harnessing the power of the Snowflake Data Cloud for cutting edge workloads and use cases. Through our partnerships, we enable companies to empower their employees with the data they need when and how they need it to better engage their customers, optimize their operations, and transform their products.

The Director, Partners & Alliances is a senior leadership role that has responsibility for our entire ecosystem of partners - Systems Integrators, Cloud, ISV and Marketplace. Your primary objective is to strengthen and expand the collaboration between Snowflake and these partners to drive growth and success for all.

We are looking for a proven field leader that will be responsible for the development, execution, and expansion of our partner ecosystem across the Greater China region.

Success in this position requires the candidate to build a shared vision and plan for these partner relationships, drive adoption of partner and sales programs, establish cross-functional alignment, attain field goals and track progress while driving accountability to achieve those goals. The candidate will work across geo field leadership, alliances, field sales, marketing, professional services, operations, and other groups to ensure Snowflake has the best partner organization to drive joint success with our field.
