Commercial Account Executive - Expansion

About this role

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

We are hiring a Commercial Account Executive - Expansion to grow Snowflake's footprint within an existing base of commercial customers across Finland. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on expansion: you will take ownership of a portfolio of established Snowflake customers, uncover new workloads and use cases across their organisations, and turn platform adoption into sustained consumption growth. You will be a trusted commercial partner to data, engineering, and business leaders, helping them get more value from Snowflake as their data and AI ambitions grow.

AS A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - EXPANSION AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

• Own a portfolio of existing commercial customers in Finland, driving expansion revenue, consumption growth, and renewals

• Build account plans for each customer that map current usage, identify untapped business units and use cases, and define a clear path to expansion

• Uncover new workloads across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and data sharing, and connect them to measurable business outcomes for the customer

• Run the full sales cycle on expansion opportunities, from discovery and qualification through commercial negotiation and close
