About The Role
As our People Business Partner for GoTo Group Tech team, you’ll be a seasoned and strategic People and Culture (PAC) thought partner to a specific set of our amazing Technology team. You will trade between business imperatives and the needs of our employees, contributing hands-on efforts at the strategic level partnership with relevant client-groups. You will get ample opportunity to work on a variety of global projects, acting as a thought-leader by sharing our knowledge, experience and people-related best practices among the broader PAC team and GoTo ecosystem.

Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you’re ready to be our People Business Partner. In this role, you will be an integral player within the PAC team. This role will collaborate closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends. Drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an environment where all employees feel valued and respected. Provide expert HR guidance on a variety of topics, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
