About this role
SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars.
SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.
We're looking for our first Technical Program Manager to work with our largest enterprise customers and help them adopt Cursor. This is a highly customer-facing role. You'll partner closely with customer engineering teams and internal stakeholders to drive complex deployments across engineering, security, IT, and executive stakeholders. You'll be responsible for ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes while helping SpaceXAI scale its enterprise motion.
As our first TPM, you'll also help define how we work. You'll build the playbooks, processes, and operating rhythms that allow us to support increasingly large and complex customer deployments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the success of our most strategic customer deployments, from initial planning through organization-wide rollout.
- Act as the quarterback across customer stakeholders and SpaceXAI teams, driving alignment, execution, and decision-making.
- Turn ambiguity into clear plans, identify risks before they become problems, and keep complex programs moving forward.
- Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, executives, and technical teams at some of the world's most sophisticated companies.
