About this role
SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars.
SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Head of Americas Field Marketing, you are the chief marketing architect of our go-to-market engine across the Enterprise and Vertical teams. You will lead a high-performing team of Field Marketing Managers to design, execute, and optimize regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
We are looking for a player-coach who is as comfortable interpreting a dashboard as they are commanding a room during a QBR. If you think business-first, are outcome-obsessed and thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments, we want to talk.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP & REVENUE GROWTH
- Architect the Theater Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing plans across regions, segments, and industries to both land and expand in the largest enterprise accounts
- Deliver theatre growth plans: Build differentiated strategies, scalable programs, and world class events across buying personas and industries, delivering at-scale and account-based tactics. You also won’t be afraid to jump in and execute alongside your team
- Galvanize Sales Partnerships: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to Sales and Inside Sales Leadership through compelling executive presentations, insights-driven recommendations, and business reviews
