About this role
About the Role
As a Payment Compliance Manager at Gopay, you’ll help ensure our regulatory reporting and communications with Bank Indonesia are accurate, timely, and well-documented. You’ll be the person who looks closely at the data, challenges inconsistencies, follows through on regulatory letters and invitations, and makes sure every required action is properly tracked and executed. You’ll work closely with Product, Finance, Data, and other teams to turn regulatory requirements into clear and reliable deliverables. If you enjoy working with data, spotting what others may miss, and taking ownership of issue identification through resolution, this role is for you!

About the Team
You’ll be part of the Payment Compliance team at Gopay, helping ensure GoPay operates responsibly and stays ahead of regulatory expectations in Indonesia’s fast-evolving payment industry. We work closely with Bank Indonesia and teams across the business to turn regulatory requirements into accurate reporting, clear actions, and practical solutions—often solving complex questions where the data tells an important story. What makes this role exciting is the opportunity to see how regulation, data, and real payment products come together, while having a direct impact on how the business operates. If you enjoy digging into data, asking “does this really make sense?”, and turning findings into action, you’ll have plenty of room to make an impact here!
