District Manager, Enterprise Acquisition South

About this role

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

We are hiring a proven Sales Leader to head up our Enterprise Acquisition team, based out of Melbourne. You will support and lead a team of Enterprise Acquisition Account Executives based out of Melbourne, Perth, and Adelaide.

This is a build and rebuild mandate for a leader who thrives on creating from scratch: you will shape the Enterprise Acquisition team's culture, set the tone for the leadership team, and build the next wave of lighthouse customers.

AS A DISTRICT MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

• Lead, coach, and build a team of enterprise Account Executives focused on acquiring net-new logos across the Australian market.

• Instil MEDDPICC-based qualification across the district and coach AEs on their top pursuits with deal control and genuine urgency.

• Coach business-value selling that connects the Snowflake AI Data Cloud to customer business outcomes, not feature selling.

• Own the pipeline-generation engine with clear coverage targets, activity accountability, and data-driven territory management.

• Drive a focused lighthouse account strategy aimed at opportunities that grow into multi-million dollar consumption relationships.
